We endeavour to respond to your breakdown repairs in the shortest possible time, same day whenever possible. If we cannot respond we will advise on your best possible, course of action. Our engineers carry a large range of van stock, supported by our workshop store and a professional group of suppliers. We aim whenever possible to complete standard jobs on first attendance, thus reducing the need for a return call. If we do need to source parts, then they are ordered for next day delivery whenever possible.
Planned and Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance is the most effective method of reducing maintenance costs. We have a range of Service Contracts which can be tailored to suit customer’s needs. Contracts vary from one-off repairs and servicing to our Total Care and Rational Extended Warranty packages. It has been shown that breakdown repairs and costs are reduced dramatically with the introduction of a planned maintenance program.
